Dear valued customer, We are not responsible for any shipping issues. We ask that you include your phone numbers in orders in order to track your product! We want you to receive your products with no issues! But realistically we understand that this isn't always the case. If you download the shop app on your mobile device, you will be able to track and reach out to your carrier. If you need your order number or tracking number do not hesitate to contact us via email we will gladly provide that information within 24 hours. We want you to have your product just as much as you do! For the time being right now we are a small buissness without a wearhouse and every item is custom made once ordered its yours we have no product in surplus at the moment. If a package is stolen, please contact your local police department. We value your business!
