Thus, once the item is generated and shipped, we will not be able to accept a refund at this time. We are a small business without a warehouse at this current moment. Because of your business, we are striving to obtain one in the near future and improve our business infrastructure for customer satisfaction. So we emphasize that you double-check your size before placing your order.
